The origins of Maison Billecart-Salmon date back to 1818 and since then, each generation has taken care to develop this beautiful champagne house in order to preserve a very high level of quality on all these cuvées.

The Billecart-Salmon house is one of these very famous champagne houses, recognized throughout the world and which have been able to increase their number of bottles marketed while maintaining an excellent level of quality.

Finesse, balance and elegance are clearly the main characteristics of their cuvées.

The BILLECART-SALMON house currently operates about thirty hectares and buys a few grapes in terroirs classified grand cru or premier cru.

Vinification is made in the most traditional way, transmitted from generation to generation but using modern technologies.

A true forerunner, the estate invested in cold sinking techniques and stainless steel tanks since the 1950s. Finally, in recent years, it has invested in a brand new cellar of nearly 500 barrels. Billecart-Salmon is really a champagne of excellence to discover.
